For stock head bolts, follow this procedure:
- Torque all bolts to 22 ft-lb in sequence (1-10)
- Torque all bolts to 61 ft-lb (94+) or 63 ft-lb (90-93/B16/B17) in sequence

For ARP head studs (208-4303):
- Hand-tighten studs into block
- Apply ARP moly lube to nut threads and washer contact surfaces
